Trolls are notoriously stupid creatures, but they make up for this to some extent by being extremely difficult to kill, or even to hurt seriously, thanks to their uncanny powers of regeneration. Generally slow and lumbering in body as well as mind, Trolls are nevertheless strong, and if they can be convinced not to take a bite out of their goblin team-mates, are capable of flinging them towards the End Zone for a surprise touchdown. Some varieties of Troll have other special abilities, and unscrupulous goblins on Underworld teams have been known to feed a Troll warpstone to induce dangerous mutations to make them even more potent.
While often a liability, Trolls can make valuable allies for those teams that can stand to have them in the locker room.
